• We collect account data, content you upload, and usage data to operate the platform.
• Creators retain copyright; we request limited rights to operate the marketplace and promote content.
• We may use creator video content on our official YouTube channels for promotional purposes — creators will be paid for such uses and can opt out at any time (see Creator Video Use clause below).
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data — and manage promotional preferences via your account or by contacting support.

Personal & Account Information

When you sign up we collect your name, email, username, payment details (for creators), and profile information to operate your account and process payments.

Content You Provide

This includes artworks, photos, videos, audio, descriptions, pricing, and any other content you upload to 45Hub. Creators remain the copyright holders of their content (see Licensing below).

Usage & Analytics

We collect data about how you use the site (pages viewed, searches, interactions) for analytics and to improve the product.

Payment & Transaction Data

When you buy or sell, we collect payment information (via a third-party processor) and transaction history to fulfill orders and process fees.

We use collected data to:

• Provide and improve the platform features and services.
• Process payments, refunds, and payouts to creators.
• Personalize content and send service messages and transactional notices.
• Prevent fraud and abusive behavior and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Payment processors (to fulfill transactions).
• Service providers (analytics, hosting, email delivery).
• Law enforcement or legal requests where required by law.

Creators who upload content — images, audio, video, or written works — retain ownership of their work. By uploading you grant 45Hub a limited license to display and distribute your content through the platform so we can provide marketplace functionality.

We facilitate payments between buyers and creators through a third party. Our platform charges a commission/fee which will always be disclosed at checkout. Payout schedules, taxes, and local regulations may apply based on your region.

We retain personal data to provide the platform and comply with legal obligations. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption, access controls) to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure — exercise caution when sharing sensitive data.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You can also manage marketing preferences in your account settings or by contacting us. We will respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable law.

45Hub is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us to remove that information.

Our platform may link to third-party sites. We aren’t responsible for their privacy practices — review their policies before sharing personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify users through the app or by email. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
