Creators retain copyright to all original works uploaded to 45Hub. By posting, you grant 45Hub a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content solely for platform functionality and marketing.

• Creators set their own prices; 45Hub may charge a platform fee.
• Payouts are processed securely through third-party providers.
• Creators are responsible for local taxes and compliance obligations.

You agree not to use 45Hub to:

• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Harass, threaten, or exploit other users.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or threats to the community. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

45Hub is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by local law. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they will be handled under binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
